I too just love the wet tumblers results. I use a Harbor Freight 50.00 unit that does the job nicely. It is small but can do most of the quantities I need. I use ss chips with it I get for real cheap on the net. Does primer pockets and all just like new from the factory. I will never go back to dry media.  Craig
This is what I use as well. You only change was to make my own cylinder out of PVC. Being using this for years.

I would get a parts kit.  Be sure it includes the sleeve for the firing pin channel.  Some don't.
This is the way to go to start with.

Welcome to the forum

There's lots of videos on the Internet watch a few of them. They helped me a lot when I built my Glock 20.

And it looks like you'll be looking for a slide as well.  I would stay away from rockslides. Been trying to get a warranty claim out of them for over a year and a half on one I have now.

I have and use these. They are good for shooting. I wear them hunting also. I am able to hear whats around me, but when I take the shot they shut out the noise. I did not pay the $239 price for them. They will have sales on them.  If I remember correctly, I paid about $159 for them.
Going to do some reading up on these.

If any of you tried some of the newer electronic hearing protection.

I've been thinking about it in the context of my Noisey work environments I am around as well as shooting.

I believe I would want one with a Bluetooth connection my phone but still on the air on that.

This is something a relative recently picked up that you might be interested in.

I might get one myself and retire my Harvey's Depriving tool.
I have one of those. Use it on all my hand gun rounds.

Only minor complaint is that the clear spent primer holder part can fall off every once in a while.  Other then that it works well.

I use a Dillon 550 for all of my handguns.

All my rifle rounds are done on an old Lyman spartan press that was given to me from my father in law. I just recently acquired a RCBS summit press but have yet to use it.

Only rifle round I would consider on a progressive is a 556/223.

Reloading / Blue dot

I've never seen it done or even heard of it. i was wondering if any of you guys had heard of using blue dot for loading 223? Most of what I seen looked to be with lighter bullets. It was discussed a fair bit with Dogtown bullets.

I have had good luck with the trip cobra mags. On the 1911 10mm I usually get 9 round ones.
