I'm really liking the Witness, it's WAY easier to grip properly than my G20SF!

Once I get the Firing Pin & Springy thingy figured, I'll be in High Cotton

I'll agree, the only reason I still have a Glock 20 is that S&W hasn't bothered to put a 10mm out.
Altho...since I bought this Tanfoglio Witness in 10mm, I'm thinking a Longslide version would be even better than a G40MOS.

I'm old to guns, but brand-spanking new to Tanfoglios...and they're slightly confusing.

Seems like someone should have named the Polymer ones somewhat differently to keep us old pharts from being confused...
because I'm wanting to buy upgrade parts, but it's obvious there's a metal version, and I have no idea how much stuff
can go back & forth between the two platforms...or even what's Polymer Only...

I've got a Witness 10mm, Poly, and it has a second slide & barrel.



I was told that the second slide is Old Style...dunno what years that means either...



And the Optic mount is of a type I've never seen before...





So...the second slide needs a FP & FP spring.
Figured out that I have a Full-Size, hence the F in the code...so that's done.
But what else??  Is there a difference between the metal & poly FP's??
Or do I just call D&L and say, "Here's what I've got, what can I get?"
