I've been looking for used brass in 10MM and I found this thread.  You're comparing the 1000 count starline price to the 250 count price at https://www.nereloading.com/index.php/10mm-fired-brass-250-count.html.  Nereloading gives price breaks as you buy more, when you buy 500 from Ne at 35.00 per 250 its 70.00 delivered on starline its 98.50, a 28.50 difference, when you buy a thousand at NE its 110.00 vs starline 168.50, a 58.50 difference.  If you buy 3500 used brass from NE it gets to 94.00 a K delivered, a difference of 74.50 per K vs starline.  I just ordered 1000 used from NE since thats what I could afford.
