Some of you might enjoy this.
Here in MN we need to renew our carry permits every 5 years. This requires us to attend a class, and "demonstrate proficiency" at a range, usually situated near or at the classroom sight. I have been a longtime fan of the 10MM Auto cartridge, so I have several examples to use for fun at the range with my family, or to carry when I feel I can do so comfortably. I really wasn't giving it a lot of thought when I grabbed my G20 to take to class. I have always enjoyed shooting it and like I said I didn't really think about it all that much when I took it out of the safe to bring. So, when we go to the range we have to place our firearms on a table along with mags and ammo. I had one guy ask me why I brought a cannon to qualify with, he had a .22 revolver. I felt sort of silly, because it makes sense to bring something easy to shoot and cheap to shoot. Then I remembered that my daughter has been shooting both my G40 MOS and my Delta Elite with me for years, and I didn't feel so bad LOL. As usual, the old G20 was a pleasure to shoot. Anyway I don't really post much here, but I enjoy reading stuff, and have learned a lot.
Good Day All.
