Looks like you passed the Longshot plateau, any pressure signs with the 9.7 load?

I took pictures of all the fired brass casings.  Comparing 9.7 to 9.3, I'd say there's a significant pressure difference to warrant concern  :o :o :o :o  ;D

Reloading 10mm ammo / Re: long shot
July 02 2018 04:40:01 PM MDT
Greetings, I've had good results with 9.3gr longshot out of my G20 and 2011 under a 180gr precision delta

I just did.  Amazing info!   :o :o :o :o

holy crap, that 800x looks like it meters terribly.  However, I'm quite surprised at pressure publications being much lower compared to other powders

Reloading 10mm ammo / Re: Longshot or Blue Dot

Hey there.  In my experience, AA #9 was cleaner burning with a good amount of muzzle flash, whilst longshot had no muzzle flash with a bit of smokiness.

i need to get some underwood and pull some bullets to check out their powder.

I'll try to be there at 7pm tomorrow.  I just rolled 300 tonight

Welcome aboard and nice irons you got there Chris.  8)

I carry a Glock G29 loaded with Uw 10mm 200g XTPs. I also Have the 9x25 Dillon and the 40sw barrels for some variations.

You have 26# springs? I have 21# springs in mine and it is stiff. It's for the 9x25 Dillon but it handled the 40sw very nicely.

Hey there.  I swapped out the 26 for a 22.  Hoping that the slide stays open a bit longer.  9x25 dillon is an interesting round, just wish it wasn't necked  :o

Hey there, nice username  8)

I was perusing gunbroker for 10mm pistols.  I knew that STI made a single stack 10mm, but was not aware of their double stack version.  I already own an STI trojan in 9mm, so I'm highly aware of the quality and craftsmanship of their pistols.  An STI 2011 for a long time had been my grail gun.  As soon as I saw the nitro, my jaw dropped...I just had to have it.  The stock 26 lb recoil spring was a bear when it was new, but it's getting better with every round.  I've fully detail stripped it and put a mirror polish on the sear / disconnector / hammer basically anything that's metal on metal.  Anyhow, here's a pic of my two STI's.

Hey Nick!  Let's link up again.  I love talking guns and 10mm, so it's nice to meet like minded folks.  I love my nitro, too.  I had some serious buyers remorse since I was an impulse b  no regrets after shooting it, though.  Are you reloading 10?  I can't remember if we had talked about that.

Hey there.  It was nice to meet you!  Thank you for letting me try the Underwood ammo.  It certainly is a rarity to meet another 10mm fan at the local range.
