Been a long wait. EAA told me a couple weeks back that they were expecting 115 45s and 10mm Hunters coming in soon. I had signed up with multiple websites to be notified when they come in stock. My LGS was also looking for them with their wholesalers that EAA said would eb going to. On the 2nd I started getting in stock emails. I then check again on the 4th and they were all running out of stock again. Pure luck I found a single unit brand new on Gunbroker. I verified with the seller that they in fact had it on hand. I did a buy it now and had it shipped to my LGS. Picked it up yesterday, brought it home cleaned the packing grease out of it and just sat there admiring this nice looking firearm.

I plan to get it to the range on Sunday and hopefully get some videos of it and do a "unboxing" and break down of it. I figured do this since there is practically zero videos (any good anyways) of this pistol.

Hey guys,

Ive search with no real hard answers so I thought I would just ask them here. I finally have my Tanfoglio Hunter 10mm on order. I have a couple of questions.

1. What is the factory #lb recoil spring?

2. Do I need to use longslide springs or fullsize recoil springs? I ask this because the guide rod assembly looks like it uses shorter springs.

3. What is the stock #lb of the hammer spring?

4. do I use any of the hammer springs or does it have to be SA only specific?

5. Can the 22 conversion kit be used with it and is the 22 slide long enough to go flush with the Hunter dust cover?

6. Same question on the 9mm longslide conversion kit. Is it at least long enough to go flush with the Hunter Dust cover?

Ive spent enough time with pistols with only right handed safeties. If I have any doubts about installation there is a guy out our club that shoots and works on Tanfos.

Not trying to hijack. Just trying to stay in the spring questions post.

I've been looking with no luck. I am wondering if anyone might have some ideas on where I can get a left-handed chest rig holster setup for the Witness Hunter with a frame mounted rail and tube style red dot?

Hey guys!

I have officially joined the 10mm fan club. I was looking at a hand cannon to add to my collection partially just because but also to hunt with. I looked at 44 mags, 460s, even the 500 (for a brief moment) and a friend shoots 10mm and turned me onto it. After a bunch of researching I decided to go with the gen 4 glock G40. after some more research into parts I found I could build the same gun with better trigger and a regular rifled barrel for less then buying the G40 and buying a bbl. build a 10mm based on a Glock Gen 4 frame with a LWD longslide.

The rest of my parts all come in today and tomorrow. Im like a kid in a candy store!!
