Glock 20 4.6":  1177, 1146, 1165, 1107, 1138, 1159, 1151, 1119   1145 fps average

Winchester advertises 1240 muzzle velocity, 1225 at 5 yards.  These readings were taken at 10 feet.

Andrew tested the Norma 170 grain JHP with denim & gel and didn't get any expansion.

They are out of stock at the seller I bought them from, but AmmoSeek lists a couple of sellers as having them.

I had a chance to shoot and chronograph the new Federal HST 200 grain load today.

SIG P220 5": 1120, 1117, 1117, 1109, 1112, 1095, average 1112 fps

Glock 20 4.6":  1092, 1090, 1081, 1091, 1092,  average 1089 fps

A bit below the factory 1130 fps rating.

I am wondering whether this may be a new addition to Federal's line of Barnes Expander hunting ammunition, with Cabela's initially selling it before it is cataloged, the way they did with Speer's 200 gr. Gold Dot load.  The price is quite a bit higher than the list price for the Trophy Bonded load, and more in line with the other Barnes Expander ammunition.  Maybe the TBJSP is a mistake.

For those who already have everything 10mm, lugerman is offering a Luger reproduction in 10mm, for about twice the current price of a Bren Ten, per his website.  Ian McCollum mentioned it during his test fire of a lugerman .45 ACP reproduction on InRange TV.

I also chronographed some of the Speer 200 GDHP loads this weekend:

Delta Elite 5" barrel - 1074, 1086, 1066, 1069, 1060 - 1071 fps av.

Glock 20 4.6" barrel - 1041, 1025, 1034, 1017, 1003 -1024 fps av.

I would have preferred more velocity.

In comparison, the Delta Elite averaged 1248 fps with SIG V-Crown 180 JHPs and 1297 fps with Federal Trophy Bonded 180 JSPs.
