Try 14.5 #9/180gr bullet--that should turn your crank--& a good taper crimp.

Its your time, I have a KKM in a G29(14.5 #9/180 gr coated) & I do neither, some cases I've loaded 50 times & they fit fine.

7500 rds thru the G29 SL barrel & it has no KKM roll mark on top. I'd say SL. In fact I bought another G29 & have a SL barrel for it.

Have a Storm Lake on a G29, have reloaded the Star Line brass 25 times & still going. Load is 14.5 #9/180gr cast. KKM on open G34 that works fine.
I'd get which ever one is cheapest.

My load is 14.5 #9/180gr--the stock 17lb Glock OEM springs work fine(no frame battering)on my G29/3. Feels the same as a Wolff 21lb spring.

The load shot daily in a G29 (Storm Lake barrel)--14.5gr #9/180 cast/Fed/CCI Lp Mag. Just received 10K Fed LP Mag match. No sign of pressure, bases measure .4280. Brass has been reloaded 13 times.
