Reloading 10mm ammo / Re: What's your go to bullet?

QuoteSure. A heavy dose of 2400, but it won't fit in your 10mm Auto. This is a RBH .38-40 load.

Lol, that makes a lot more sense now. I thought maybe there was a typo at first.

General Discussion / Re: What is your next handgun?

QuoteJust procured an awesome H&K USP full size 45acp.  Dearly love it.

That was my first gun. It was built like two 2X4's connected together, and I loved it. Shot very nice, and actually filled out your hand.

My next gun(in the mail right now actually). Is going to be an RIA 52000. I have looked and haven't found a single bad thing said about them in any reviews, videos, or from anyone that owns them, so I am expecting it to be pretty decent. I currently shoot a Witness Elite Match and love it. I would honestly never have even strayed from the Witness line, but with their conversion kits doubling in price, I decided to take a chance on the RIA. If it turns out to be as good as the Witness, I will be getting rid of it I think.

Gear/Equipment / Re: Long Slide Holster
July 09 2016 10:00:07 PM MDT
I am looking for a holster for an RIA 52000 as well. Due to the longer length and variety of weaponlights it's tough to find a holster. I am going take a shot at making a kydex holster that I can mount on a conventional belt or a war belt(PALS). I am really interested in what you are using for an RMR mount. I have had a hard time finding LPA style sight to MRD adapters. Did you find one that would fit or mill your slide? And if so, where?

Was there ever any mention of a timeline? It's safe to say they already have my money at this point.

QuoteI've had the .40/10mm 180 gr. HP's well above 1800 FPS and they make it to the target, accurately and intact.
:o Wow, any loading data for that?
