10mm Hunting / Re: Cape Buffalo taken with 10mm
December 22 2018 10:00:22 AM MST
Here are some better word I guess to describe it: Moronic, Stupid, Ill Advised etc. on next weeks episode he will try to kill a grizzly Bear with a BB Gun. People like him are the reason that people hate gun ownership.

This thread is the perfect example of the gullibility of the everyday person. You have some idiot decides he wants to shoot a Cape buffalo with a 10MM. He succeeded in the task,  but I am guessing the show was saved in the editing room.

I carry full power 10mm Underwood 165 gr Gold Dots as my every day carry. I will switch off between carrying my G20 and my G29 depending if I am dressed up for some reason.

Thanks Will, but I got even with them I am a better shot than any of them and I do not hold a grudge. It was high school and I never gave them a chance to corner me alone.

General Discussion / Re: My idea for 200gr Gold Dots
November 19 2018 07:35:48 PM MST
personally I would like to see them pushing 1250 to 1300 myself. the Underwood 200gr XTP is loaded for 1250 so why can't the 200gr GD???

All the LEO's around here were the high School bullies! :)) :)) :))

I think both LE and civilian sides are in need of more training. I know that in my case I want all the training I can as I have exhausted all the courses I can take. Lots of the available training I want to have in expensive in addition to being a long distance from me.

Factory 10mm ammo / Re: Which one would you pick ?

I carry the UW 165 gr Gold Dots exclusively in my 20 and 29. In my opinion it is the best of both worlds velocity and penetration.

Beautiful pistols, I hopefully will have enough money one day to get one for myself.

10mm semi-auto handguns / Re: New military round?
November 03 2018 11:37:17 PM MDT
It was several years ago SSA produced a tungsten penetrator round for the 6.8 SPC. It never hit the market to my knowledge. It is my understanding that when Nosler bought SSA they did not secure the rights for the penetrator round. I am wondering if DOD has secured the right for it or maybe Nosler has. This round was suppose to be able to penetrate level IV Body armor. I never have seen any proof of it but your guess is as good as mine.

Thanks for the video I will remember to add you on youtube so I can see more. As to carry? I will only carry 10mm period with 165 gr Underwood Gold Dot minimum. seen to many people take five or six 9mm to the chest and get up also had a lady friend put 7 rounds of 45 acp into a gentleman trying to attack her. he put rounds 8 and 9 into her. He walked away, she barely survived. If I could getaway with carrying 460 S&W I would.
