Awesome! Thanks Wolfie. I'm gonna email them to find out how much it weighs. The heavier the better for me. I'm anxious to see what Kimber is going to release too. In the end, I may go with the STI Perfect 10.
Same ballpark price , I got the Perfect 10 , it holds 17 rds but has the Polymer 2011 lower  . If you prefer an all steel make then it's the DW

Holster is new , guess I might try wearing it for a while without gun and see if it conforms better , then try with gun and see if it improves

Gear/Equipment / Alien Gear question
November 05 2015 08:57:47 AM MST
Got a IWB for my Beretta 92FS  that is giving me headaches..if I get it positioned where it's comfortable my body seems like it's putting too much pressure on the holster and I have hell drawing the pistol out and it sticks . If I reposition the holster to where I can draw and replace the pistol fairly easily , it's very obvious that I am carrying a weapon ! ..I might as well open carry ...that obvious
Is it possibly due to my stature ? I'm 6'1" and 160#  I don't have a six pack core but my waist and center are fit , thus the issue with printing

Factory 10mm ammo / Re: Buffalo Bore Again...

What's Scary is you can walk into any Academy , Cabellas ...etc..etc...and buy a 10mm new , walk into a gun show and buy one used or new or individual purchase one . With NO advise on what type of ammo is go or no-go ...
Probably 90% of buyers only think about ...I need 10mm ammo ! No research on the firearm they are using , ammo requirements and limitations... etc
My father in law has a Delta Elite I've been trying to beat him out of for years , if not for Forums such as this one I would have ran whatever ammo I could have got my hands on thru it ..so yes I think ammo makers need to specify these dangers on their boxes

Not the same , but at work we had a BFI roll off trash bin ( used for refinery / industrial garbage ) that was made out of 1/4" steel plate on a bosses ranch ..after work ....drinking a few beers and bored  we broke out a couple ARs  and picked a spot to hit on the vendors decal ...we were say 50-75 yards away  using plain old Wolf Black Box 55 FMJ they went all the way thru one side and made a significant dent in the other side !

This is my first and only experience with bull pup so it's not much to go on , But it is on par with most high end rifles , AICS , Remmy Tactical , from reviews . Personally I cannot tell much difference from this and my old Rem.LTR ..it breaks very clean and crisp ...it can also be adjusted which I hear is unique to a bull pup . Guys I bought mine from set trigger up at 2# as they also did the aftermarket barrel kit , and coated the skins and hardware in Shadow Gray instead of the factory dull black .

This thread covers anything you would like to know on these things !

I'll look into the Longshot or #7 then !
Like to stay with one powder if at all possible to avoid confusion ......when things got tight here a while back I bought whatever powders I could for my .223. & .308's  and wound up with about six different ones .....a pain to reset my powder setup every time I run out and have to swap brands  ;D

Looked at the chart , but is there one preferred powder to load 135gr HP up to 220gr RN -HP or cast ? And still work with all weights in between ?
I've done rifle loads and usually just just powder charges for said projos....never reloaded pistol before so does it work the same or do you need different powders per weight of slugs ?
