VERY new to this forum. Looking forward to receiving a 1911 in 10mm built by my 'smith. He has
warned against using the hotter loads, and strongly urged me to install a Shok Buff (sp?).
I'm also intrigued by the Sig P220 in 10mm/all stainless. How hot a load do the 1911
owners run in your 10mm's (Is DW stronger than Kimber?) Is anyone knowledgeable
enough to say if Sig's new 10's would be a stronger platform than 1911's or not,(or about
the same)?  Thanks for all input!!
