10mm semi-auto handguns / Re: IFG Tanfoglio 6" Bullseye 10mm

The Bullseye in the past was offered in a small frame. It looks like IFG might be offering it in their lineup as a 10mm 6" (large frame). This is an all hard chrome version, unlike the current Xtreme 10mm. It's the way I would want it and why I converted my Hunter to something like it. It doesn't look to have the Xtreme parts on it and might fall in the $900-$1050 range for it.

Keep your eye peeled here for available stock:

https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/mobile/product/411552114/ifg_tanfoglio_bullseye_10mm_6

Apparently, these are old SKU's left over from when IFG was part of EAA.

Those guys were off the reservation.  I would like to see his shooting investigated with vigor, and if there was wrong-doing I would like to see the officer(s) involved brought to justice.  But they were just nuts to try to change things or gain a voice in that way.

While most people in this country, except for the pinkos and leftist conservationists, if they really understood how onerous the BLM and related agencies are, they would be horrified at what they do to the citizenry with their land grabbing ways. In my opinion, I agree with you about these guys. They stood nothing to gain and everything to lose.

Unfortunately, the liberal media will never be honest or even talk about the unconstitutionality of these land grabs. The Obama administration has taken the land grabs to a new level.

In stock form, the trigger is OK, but nothing special.

As noted above, it greatly benefits with some parts from either Cajun or CZC.

I happened to shoot one the the Cajun's B-E and it was a very nice experience. Very accurate and trigger was very nice.

Quote from: Wolfie on October 09 2015 10:56:40 PM MDTWhat is needed is immigration reform now, while there is leverage. Keep delaying it and the Ds will get the House and Senate back and its lights out for the America most of you dream of.

I agree, but the problem is, the Dems want a full open door policy, while the Repubs want the doors shut before taking on the hard questions of how to handle the 12 million or so. People continually advocate sending them back to their own country, but in reality, there is no way to really do that.

It is just going to continue to go around in circles, unless some on both sides of the aisle have the balls to do the right thing.

We need an imagration system that work. If you want to come here legally, it takes years and costs many thousands of dollars to do so, so why go to all that trouble, when you can get a visa to come for vacation and never leave.

People are brainwashed into thinking the problem only exists on our Southern boarder, when it fact, the people crossing the boarder due south is smaller in number than the people arriving by plane.

I keep trying two eye, but it just feels so unnatural to me I always seem top revert back to one eye.

Same for me. No matter what I do, I find shooting both eyes open unnatural.

General Discussion / Re: Colt

While I agree that large contracts can result in suppliers that are victims due to the contract precluding diversification, Colt did not have that problem.  Their business is just plain atrociously managed for many years.  It is too late for them now, but 5 years ago better management could have saved them.

Atrociously managed is an understatement. What ownership did was rape every bit of equity from this company. They used and abused the cash flow of Colt and sucked it dry.

Now there is a fight between current vultures . . .  ownership and all the bondholders, which is another group of financial vultures. It should be interesting how this all plays out.

DA/SA

Thanks. Been looking to fondle an SAO locally, but so far have not found one.

I purchased one of the Tripp 10 round mags for my RIA and it fed everything I loaded it with. Pretty pleased with the mag.

Was the the DA/SA or SAO?
