I have a  pair of Glock 29's only because my wife was going to steal mine. They are ugly but mine has been flawlessly reliable.

I used to think they were ugly.. until I decorated it. [emoji4]

Best 10mm ammo IMO. Great prices too.

Yes you can safely shoot Underwood in any 10mm Glock.

I just shot a brand new box of underwood 165gr TMJ today. I can't imagine it being any hotter! LOL

Haha!! I'd rather run into a bear too!

Nice! Where can I find those G20 mag grip extensions? I like that idea especially for woods carry.

I'm surprised you guys are carrying hollow points for woods carry. If you're not carrying hard cast then wouldn't it be wiser to carry fmj just for the sake of penetration? Especially with the possibility of having to use it against bears!!? I don't think I'd trust any hollow point this side of a 500 magnum to work on large game like that. I was always taught for woods carry its penetration penetration penetration.

Am I way off base here?

I've only started using Underwood (and 10mm for that matter) since December 2014. Since that time I've already shot close to 1000 rounds through my Glock 29 and I haven't noticed one a renegade super power load. They all feel very consistent in the hand. I've never chronoed but seat of the pants tells me they must have changed their formula as they are extremely consistent for me.

Thanks man. Yeah I pinched the hell out of my pinky the second time I shot it between the mag and grip and promptly ordered them. Makes a huge difference for sure and still very concealable!

Wow that's slow for 105gr. I'd expect over 2,000fps!

General Discussion / Re: 10mm in 2015 is just fine!

I purchased my first 10mm right before Christmas (G29sf) and my arms dealer who is a Glock freak (owns near 30 of them) asked me why I chose the 10mm. I explained how versatile the round was and how when loaded hot was basically a high capacity 357mag with less recoil. I could tell he was intrigued but not totally sold. I saw him just the other day and he made a point to mention how 10mm specifically G29's are selling like hot cakes!

I was so happy to hear this! The 10mm just might be starting to finally go mainstream. I hope!

Nice anti bear round. This matted to a 6"+ barrel would be good insurance.

So far I have the chrome accent kit with the extended slide release, extended break down bar, TruGlo TFX sights, and AGrip tape (which I love!). Next up will be a very slightly longer LW barrel, chrome extended mag release, #20 spring, and a ZEV drop in trigger kit.

So far I absolutely cherish this gun. I only shoot Underwood out of it and it's a dream. Here she is as of today.

Another vote for the G29! I am far from a Glock fanboy. In fact if Smithy developed a compact 10mm M&P I'd trade in my 29 tomorrow. Then again, I love it. Maybe I wouldn't!

Great gun.

Gold Dots are great. I just wish they put a little more R&D into high velocity .40 bullet design. The current .40 bullet from every manufacturer is designed around .40 short and weak velocities.

All underwood.

Left: 135gr Nosler
Bottom: 155gr XTP
Top: 180gr Bonded Gold Dot (my current carry round)

What's your favorite?
