first thing i do when i get a glock is replace the factory sights...always a big improvement.... on my g20 i use Dawson adjustable with a fiber optic front ( my edc g30 has Heinie Straight 8 night sights)... learn to reload, get some ammo that runs right around 950 to 1000f/s with 180 to 200gr bullets and work on it... when i was shooting steel matches regularly i would shoot 12 gauge shotgun hulls at 35 feet with my G30 to build confidence with my sight acquisition and follow through... you can get there just keep working... move on to heavy 10mm loads when you can call your shots and shoot bullet holes at 10yd...
