first thing i do when i get a glock is replace the factory sights...always a big improvement.... on my g20 i use Dawson adjustable with a fiber optic front ( my edc g30 has Heinie Straight 8 night sights)... learn to reload, get some ammo that runs right around 950 to 1000f/s with 180 to 200gr  bullets and work on it... when i was shooting steel matches regularly i would shoot 12 gauge shotgun hulls at 35 feet with my G30 to build confidence with my sight acquisition and follow through... you can get there just keep working... move on to heavy 10mm loads when you can call your shots and shoot bullet holes at 10yd...

VihtaVuori shows 9.9 grains as max in their data (180 grain)...which may be conservative, but when running 3 plus grains over a published max load results will most often be unpredictable and erratic...

if i were to guess they will never make even 5,000 of them... they will sell a production run or perhaps 2 then discontinue them to build collector value...

10.5g of long shot works well for me with this bullet... 1453f/s easy to control and accurate,, G20 w/KKM barrel... you could load it hotter, but i don't see much need....

i use VV powders more than most others... N110 in 10mm will under perform... need a bit more case and more boolit to get it cookin... N105, N350, 3n37 will be more rewarding

used to hunt black bear in the coast range of Oregon...steep ground and heavy brush... seen them take a double lung shot from a 7mag at less than 100yards, and get 50 to 75 yards into huckel brush where you had to crawl on your hands and knees to find and drag them out... love my G20, but I'm not shooting bears with it...

kkm lists a 4.5"  barrel for the g29... i my experience their barrels are way better than Lone Wolf....

i have a thureon in 45acp, fantastic carbine... very well made and completely reliable, i've run 2k+ rounds through mine in 6 or 7 months with no problems at all... my friends have chained me up so i don't rush out and get another in 10mm...
