Pierce Ammunition, which was making Ted Nugent Ammo, donated to NY's Governor Cuomo, the largest contribution of Cuomo's re-election effort.
 
Peirce's contribution received much notoriety in the press last year, during the election, due to the seeming contradiction of an ammunition maker backing the originator of the SAFE Act.
The press attention may have had a direct result in killing Pierce's sales and the sales of Ted Nugent Ammo .

The contribution was explained by Pierce, as a response to Pierce Munition's appreciation of Gov. Cuomo's "Buffalo Billion Investment Development Plan".  Buffalo Billion is a NY state economic fund for industrial re-development in the Buffalo, NY area. 
The same Buffalo Billion program is, now, under federal investigation for political kick-backs.

I've had bad luck with two different DW Bobtail Commanders in 10mm.  Both have consistently had problems feeding.  I've tried different springs, various ammo, and even took the most recent one in to the local CZ armorer and had them work on it.  Still fails to feed at least one round per mag.  I've never had any such problems with several full-sized 10mm 1911s.  And all my Dan Wessons in 45acp work great!

Do you have any input from Bob Serva, at Fusion, about your concerns...  To see what tweaks, modifications, or, changes, have been made to the 10mm Fusion Commander design, since, the Serva era at Dan Wesson?  Otherwise, it would seem the Fusion Commander could be more of the same problems you have been experiencing with the Dan Wessons.

A judge of the Ninth circuit requested a vote for rehearing of the case en banc, on the merits of the case.
Also, potentionally affecting the outcome, Judge Sidney Thomas, author of the Peruta dissent, became Cheif Justice of the Ninth Circuit on December 1.
