That's a Gen 3? No 220gr or 230gr Hardcast?

Yes, Gen 3.  I haven't had a reason to shoot the heavy stuff.

Sorry for the late follow up. I just recently joined here but seeing as nobody replied yet I figured I could add something.

Your grouping looks pretty decent. I agree that 100yd with just the Aimpoint gets tricky for shooting groups.

I shot the below target at 100yd with a KAC SR-15 16". Ammo was a mix of PMC X-Tac 62gr, Black Hills 62gr TSX, and Remington Hog Hammer 62gr TSX (all 3 have nearly the same POI from my gun). You can see the pasters on the target covering some earlier holes and my one flyer.

Other things to note just since we are comparing, my rifle came with the KAC match trigger. If you want to upgrade anything on the gun, a trigger might show the biggest benefit towards accuracy. The KAC trigger isn't amazing compared to some others but, it is a 2-stage and about a pound lighter than the GI type trigger. I would recommend a Geissele trigger if I was buying aftermarket. I shot on a perfectly sunny and calm day from a stable bench position. Not fully sandbagged but plenty of support.

Thanks for the input folks. After searching for 2 weeks, I found the unicorn today from Glockmeister. A G20SF OD is inbound to my FFL =)

10mm semi-auto handguns / SF or Gen4, Help me choose

I already own a 21SF and multiple 9MM Glocks. I want a G20 but cannot decide which one to purchase. I have read every thread on this board about Gen4 vs SF but cannot decide. Perhaps some of you can sway my decision.

At this point, is the Gen4 RSA up to the task or does frame battering occur with hot loads? I have spare Wolff guide rods for the 21SF and know all about springs. I'm planning to shoot a steady diet of GA 180gr range ammo and probably a good bit of 180gr XTP and varieties from UW.

While function dictates form, I do like the odd colored Glocks and I narrowly missed a Glock 20 Gen4 in FDE on Bud's this evening. It was in-stock for about 30 minutes. Reading some of the threads here though, I am wondering if the SF is not the best route. It seems the OD frame 20SF is a unicorn.

PS - Hi, I'm new here =)
