That's a neat idea. I'd love to have one of those in 9mm.

I usually pack the G29. It's light, compact, powerful, and has decent capacity. We do a lot of camping and riding out in the mountains. 99% of the time I pack a handgun when we leave camp. One time a couple of summers ago we went for a short ride right before dark, and I left the sidearm at camp. Lo an behold we get off the bikes walk a few yards to a train tunnel, and a big cougar jumps into the trail about 30 yards in front of us. There is a waterfall there and apparently the noise from it covered up our sounds because the cat had no idea we were there.

We were never in danger, but it makes you think. I was surprised to see the cougar because this is a very popular spot in N. Idaho for bicycle riders. Several hundred people per weekend.

Well I put in more specific search words on the Midway site and found everything I was looking for. Since I'm cheap I'll wait a week before I place my order so I can get my birthday savings. :D

I'm looking for a guide rod spring for my Witness, a Pearce base plate for my G29, a grip extension for my M&P, and an extra magazine for the Witness. Looks like I have to pay shipping from two different spots.

I've looked at Brownells, Midway, and Cheaper than dirt.

Found this site while researching a Witness 10mm. My first 10 was G20sf, which I sold for a G29 that I still own. My name is Matt and I live in Eastern WA. I love shooting handguns and 10mm is one of my favorite.

We'll I picked up the Witness. It's in pretty good shape, looks like it been packed more than shot. The previous owner said he had no troubles with the magazine that came with it. I've ran one magazine full through it myself, too damn cold, and had one failure to feed.

I'll get a Mec Gar mag and a new recoil spring coming.

Thanks,

I was not looking for a Witness, this just came up locally, and I've always been curious about them.

Found this site while searching the EAA.

I heard about possible problems with the EAA 10mm for sometime now, but still confused. I've read about the rounded vs square slides, and I'm just not sure which this is. Also there seems to be a difference between newer and older as far a quality. Weve already agreed on a price of $350, but I have only seen pictures of the gun.
