Glock 29 gen.4 with Trijicon HD sights. I have it loaded with Hornady Critical Duty. Sometimes I'll switch ammo to Underwood 180 gr. XTP's.

Thanks to all that's made this a great site. I've learned a lot here about my favorite round, the 10mm. Long live 10mm-firearms.com.

I've had a P Compact 12 round for a year now. It's had feed issues since day one. I've tried many different ammos and a trip back to EAA and it's still not a reliable shooter. EAA replaced the barrel and a new magazine and it helped but still has feed issues. The trip back to EAA and back to me was at my expense. And no, I don't limp wrist when shooting it. I also have a Stock 1 that is a fine pistol, both are in 10mm. I'm only speaking about my P Compact!

They look pretty good Intercooler. I'm going to give them try.

Bought  100 rounds of the 10mm 180gr. RNFP. I ran 50 rounds through my Delta Elite and Witness P compact with no  problems. The Freedom Munitions website claims 1200 fps. but I didn't have a chrono to compair with. Star Line brass was used in the two boxes I received. The powder they use burns clean and the accuracy was consistent. The next time I order from Freedom Munitions I'm going to try their 180gr. JHP's.

I just finished off my 250 rounds of American Quality Ammo in 10mm. The accuracy was good and it was reliable. AQ uses Star Line brass that looks new. The only thing I didn't like about the ammo is that the powder burns dirty. Other than that I think it is a very good range round at a good price.

Congrats on your new Delta Elite sw.sharp. I've had one since 89 and they are good shooters. I'm still running the same dual recoil spring and polymer guide rod that came from the Colt factory. I was also skeptical about this setup when I first saw it ,but it has been very reliable. I believe that if its not broken don't try to fix it! As for the bulging brass, I've never seen that problem with mine. I've never shot any high pressure ammo through it , so I don't know about it. I've probably ran a couple thousand rounds through mine over the years with zero problems. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I've enjoyed mine.

Very nice looking pistol.

Welcome aboard populist, I have a DE that was bought new in 89. I'm still running the original springs that came in it and haven't had any issues with FTF's or ejections. The Shadow is probably right about the springs in your DE being modified at one time.

My next purchase for my P compact will be a Wolff calibration spring kit. The recoil isn't bad enough for me to put a $100 recoil system in it.
