I really like those grips on there. Very nice!

Your BB 220 grain would do very well. Just be sure to test for reliability before hunting dangerous game.

This guy tests three different rounds with three different platforms. I am pretty unimpressed with the loose Glock barrel.

I've heard mostly good things about their single stacks. I had the fullsize High Capacity model and that thing wouldn't feed to save its life. Trigger was fairly heavy and I did not shoot it well. Traded it in for the Ruger SR1911 10mm but I was ripped off by what they gave me for it. Honestly if it was reliable I would've got a trigger job and kept it.

Pretty interesting results. Have you tried AA#9? That's a slow powder that would take advantage of the longer barrels. Also, I've seen guys experiment with Win 296 powder although AA#9 seems to be king for 10mm.

If I get one it will be the 4.5. Pretty sure I will but part of me wants to see if Smith and Ruger are joining this fight.

Factory 10mm ammo / Re: Magtech 1,000 rounds for $295

Thinking about buying a case of these for plinking ammo down the road once I reopen the flow of money. Has anyone had a chance to chrono these? How do they feel being shot? A thousand cases of 10mm to reload is not a bad thing although I'd probably only be able to scavenge 600 or so.

Great results. I didn't know 9.2-9.4 grains of long shot was so fast out of a 1911. Did a batch of 9.3 once. Thought maybe I was at 1280. Had no way to know. I usually just do 9.0 grains seeing as it's reused brass.

I want to be clear that my comments and thread reference above in no way reflect my opinions of Lone Wolf.  I have several of their barrels and they all perform great for me.  I was just conveying that an aftermarket barrel is not a guarantee of an increase in accuracy, and that Glock barrels provide very good accuracy.
We can only be as accurate as that terrible Glock trigger allows us.

So anything at Shot having anyone going for their wallet?
I'm considering the Sig p365. Also the s&w m&p 40 compact 2.0 although that is pre shot show.

Does anyone have one of these or the 9mm version? I've dry fired one at the store before. Their triggers have come a really long way. Liked it a lot. Might end up renting one on Wednesday and will see about buying one if I like it enough.
Let me know what you owners think of these.

Factory 10mm ammo / Re: Why 180 grain?

It's the standard for 40 and 10mm. Kind of like 115 grain for 9mm and 230 grain for 45. We may see more options from them later. They've got their foot in the door with the standard weight.

Their customer service does suck. I just looked at a receipt I had in my car from the second time I had to send a firearm back to them for repairs. 101 dollars just for freaking shipping with FedEx. Not to mention going to these places and mailing something like this the employees are looking at me like I'm a criminal.
The only other gun I had to send back has been a Ruger and they paid for EVERYTHING in full.

What are the best aftermarket barrels for accuracy that are "fully supported" (glock 17L gen 1 is what I'm toying with replacing)
I've always heard great things about kkm. Lonewolf is a decent less expensive option. They now produce alpha wolf barrels which are made in the US, feature a black nitride finish and are fluted. I got one of these for my Glock 40. Nothing but good things to say about it really.

I would snatch up a Ruger American or an m&p if they made them in 10mm. On a side note I am super interested in the new Sig slim double stack.
