I am a newbie so was looking for a simple guide rod with a 20lb spring, it appears there isn't one, so do I need to buy the spring and a stainless steel guide rod? If so which one? It is for a Glock 21 with 6" 10mm barrel.
Thanks for any direction you can give me

I have bought stainless guide rods and springs of different weights for Glocks from Lone Wolf Distributors. I assume you have a Gen3 or older. www.lonewolfdist.com
Sorry, it is a gen4 g21

I am not sure what I was searching but found it immediately. There are several choices for gen4 g21. I ordered a ndz 22lb stainless steel guide rod with the captures spring. Should soften up 10mm and the .45 for that matter.

Yes, Gen4s take a different guide rod unless you use an adaptor. I bought my Gen4 aftermarket RSAs on Ebay.
There are greater problems than a guide rod for putting a 10MM barrel into a G-21 slide.
The 10 mm will not work satisfactorily in a G-21 slide. I tried a 10 MM barrel in a Tactical length G-21 barrel from Lone Wolf. It was totally unreliable, mainly ejection problems. They eventually told me that it wouldn't work and replaced the 10 MM barrel that they had cut down with a 5.15 " G 21 barrel. They said the 10 MM casing is too big for the G-21 ejection port to allow the gun to recycle reliably.
Non-issue, sold the barrel and bought a g4 G20, waiting to get out off the 3 day delay
