I reported somewhere that I had gotten some "blue bullets"from North East reloading and I think I made the statement that they were polymer coated lead. This is not correct as they are something else and I am not sure what. I talked to the owner of the company and he gets them from someone else but not from the "blue bullet company" He will check with his supplier to see if he can find out more. I still like them and he will have more. Like everything else these last about an hour on the net and he is sold out. Craig

A number of companies are offering these and more will be avalible as people realize the advantage a d lead is frowned upon.

Yeah I meant to say I thought they were some kind of powder coat and the receipt says "accu coat"?? I just thought it was funny the guy that sold them to me didn't even know. Craig
Commercial bought bullets are not true "powder coated" bullets, they are close but not the same as the bullets done at home.
The term "powder coated" has become a common name like a soft drink being called a Coke.
Colored bullets get called "powder coated" when they are not.
