Title: I'm still around... have the itch and just waiting to scratch it!
Post by: Intercooler on July 25 2020 07:19:55 PM MDT
   Hello everyone!

In case anyone was wondering where I vanished to...  :P

The Covid hit and shut down my range and I think they still have some stipulations to go there. I don't go much during the Summer anyway, because the blood sucking Horse Flies are horrible there and the Wasps are as well. Recently I thought about going and we have been stuck in a heat-wave now! Just horrible humidity and 90+ degree days paired with it! I'm hoping to go fairly often August-November to get my fix  ;D

Glad you dropped by!  I think a lot of people are facing the same issues with Covid and summer heat and rains

Cue "Welcome back Kotter" music...

Glad to hear from you.  I feel you on the places to shoot conundrum.  It just always seems like a problem.  I can just drive out to the desert for handguns, but finding longer range options is sometimes a challenge.  So many people out on ATV/UTV vehicles anymore that you never know what idiot is just going to drive across your line of sight.

Glad you're doing OK, IC
Not built for heat or humidity either

....you never know what idiot is just going to drive (or walk) across your line of sight.

Every time I'm set-up at 500 yards on the south end of West Mountain   ???
