Title: Remington R1 40 Mag for RIA FS HC?

Had someone recommend the Remington R1 1911 .40 S&W magazine for the Rock Island 1911 FS HC,
saying it works well and hold 18 rounds vs 16 in Rock factory mag.
Anyone use this Remington magazine in their RIA FS HC 10mm?
Think I know where to get one, would like some furst hand experiences before dropping $35-$40 on a magazine.

Hey a Johnnyreloader,
The good news is that if the .40 mag doesn't work reliably, 16rds in the RIA is still a whole lot of firepower before dumping the spent mag; I sure like mine 😊

 For me personally, I just picked up a half dozen RIA factory mags and a two slot mag pouch. If 48rds of Underwood 165gr Gold Dot isn't enough, I should cut up my CCW permit and go home 😀
