Was curious what folks here with 6" barrels on their G20 are using for a holster. I've been looking around for an OWB holster for carrying in the woods and just haven't found the right one yet. Thanks.
I would say a hybrid like a crossbreed would work well. They are all open muzzle so barrel length is a non-issue.
I've kept it simple so far. I simply use the plain-jane Fobus paddle holster since they are open where the gun muzzle is. Therefore the extra 1.4" of barrel simply sticks out beyond the holster. Lately OWB I've been using my G29 Fobus paddle holster for my G20 with or without the 6" barrel. Simply leaves more muzzle protruding beyond the holster.
But that's me, some prefer to have the whole muzzle concealed in the holster. I don't mind the muzzle (and/or extra barrel length) protruding from the holster and it's never been an issue for me even when climbing up and over stuff. Plus the plain-jane Fobus paddle holsters are relatively inexpensive so poor folk like me can afford it. ;D

I use a standard Glock plastic holster.
Open end and inexpensive.
I carry my G20 with a 6 inch barrel in a Crossbreed Snapslide. Gun is secure and comfortable to carry. I got the sweat guard on my holster. I like that, but if I had to do it again, I'd have it combat cut.
I carry my Glock 20 in a BullDog holster. Very comfortable.

I use a Blackhawk for a M&P 40 full size.
Fits it like a glove.
I really like the Blackhawk CQC Serpa holster with the paddle on it. Has and open end completely covers the trigger area of the gun and the gun is locked in until I release it with my trigger finger on the little lever.
