Back in the 70's I managed to trade into 2 of them. One was a 357 mag that was a real shooter. Won several country matches with it. The other was a 44 mag and major pile of junk. There was no such thing as accuracy with any load or ammo and with heavy loads it was common to blow the ejector rod off of the side of the barrel. It's held on by one screw. I traded them off a long time ago and not even sure what I got out of them. The 357 I'm sure somebody probably wanted it more than I did and I let it go. The 44 was one of those guns that all you had to do was make an offer, any offer and it was yours. The 357, it had a trigger that had to be experienced. To say it was light is an understatement. It would shoot better than most experienced shooters are capable of shooting. I'd say it shot better than any of the Pythons I still own.
