Been reading about the new Armscor BBR 310 (3.10") Sub-Compact
You gotta wonder if Armscor (Rock Island) would consider a 10mm offering too
If there's 10 Rounds of .45 in the Box, then you may be able to shove another in and get 11 Rounds of 10mm in the Mag
12 (11+1) Rounds of 10mm in a Sub-Compact 1911 would be quite nice
I've been very happy with RIA's quality for a quite inexpensive weapon, and yes, an 11 or 12rd 10mm would be awesome at their current price point.
Ken
I would love one, I have a RIA 10mm now and would enjoy getting a little brother for it.
Me as well...and the price is right : )
That would be nuts, I couldnt say no...
Now we just need to convince them to make one...I'll start bugging them 😂😂😂
I emailed Shawn Fairbairn, Armscor/Rock Island Armory's Manager and Chief Gunsmith...Will post his response soon regarding the future possibility of a compact 1911 in 10mm. Not going to hold my breath, but hey, you never know 😀
Thanks
Ken
Not holding my breath but would probably buy one if they made it.
If they used this size frame with a commander length slide for a CCO sized gun I would through money at it in a heartbeat.

Yeah, a Commander Length 10mm Upper would be quite nice
I'm a huge fan of the Semi Compact
A 16+1 1911 Semi Compact ?
Yeah, that'd be my new D to D Carry
If they did decide to produce one, I'm pretty sure they would sell a ton of them
Just in from Shawn, RIA's Manager / Chief Gunsmith
Hey Ken, long time. It's doubtful but you never know.
