Interesting
I've been using Hodgdon BL-C(2) Ball Powder for years in my .308 and 7.62 NATO Loads for years
I'm also trying out BL-C(2) for some .223 Loads now too
Ball Powder flows so well and gives very consistence throws
I may have to look into this new Powder for some .223 Load work-ups
I also noticed it's initially intended for the 6.5 Creedmoor but nothing said about .308 or 7.62 NATO

We'll have to get a hold of some and play with it.
From what data I've seen, its burn speed looks a bit slower than BL-C(2) but not quite as slow as 2000-MR
For 223, IMR only shows data for bullets 77gr and heavier.

I contacted Hodgdon and it has some uses in 30-06, but nothing in 308Winchester as they said it was too slow burning for that application.
I'll stick with my other favorites IMR3031, CFE223, BL-C2 and a few others...

QuoteHodgdon Powder Wade Landèche Afraid this is not the right burn speed for 308, Wade. Sorry about that.
