Has anyone used these for 10mm? I ordered two boxes with the idea of using them in the 10. There is a little card with data for the 40 SW. It says on the card for more reload data go to the Federal Ammo website. They have nothing for 10mm and only data for their Syntech bullets. Does anyone have and idea of where to start with this bullet? I don't know if I should start with a generic JHP load or not.

I loaded 250 of the pulled HST 180grain bullets, here is what I loaded mine with...The Hydro Shok should work well with most 10mm 180 grain loads...

These may be a little hot for some guns:
Federal HST
180 grain  .400" Dia.
Case- StarLine Nickel
Primer- Remington LP
IMR800X 9.4 grains
Velocity-1300 fps COL 1.2525"

You should be able to use any 180gr 10mm load data as a starting point.

Like Shadow, I've been buying the pulled bullets from American Reloading for under 10 cents a bullet. I've had to tumble some just to get them back to pretty but all of them I've bought are extremely accurate. My load is 12.8 grs 2400 powder which would be 1250'ps per book out of a 5" barrel. I've bought several thousand of them and it's been a dandy bullet so far. At under a dime a pop, I see no need for any other bullet in that weight range. I use them for truck pistol ammo at the ranch, hunting, and plinking.

Thanks fellas. I like to use Longshot for the 10mm. So I will find something with that and work up something. Hopefully get that done this fall yet so I can make a bunch up over the winter. Im using a stock Gen 4 Glock 20. Ill report back here when I get that done.

I have loaded these using Longshot standard 180 grain data. Now as far how they perform I have not any game just paper and they are very accurate.
