Title: LOOKIN FOR A DW VBOB
Post by: terdog on August 12 2019 09:26:09 PM MDT
So today I had someone agree to my price and bought my DW CBOB 10mm.

Now its time to replace it with a VBOB 10MM.

Any leads on a NIB VBOB would be greatly appreciated.

HELP ME SPEND MY $$$ !

Thanks Graybeard.
I checked with Buds. Their price was basically the same, but they were also gonna charge me my state sales tax, which is a bit on a $2K gun.
They also said that they could take 3 - 5 days just to ship it. ???

I found a place back east on GB, The Wild Indian Gun Shop. They were gonna be a bit cheaper . $2290 OTD WITH 2 DAY AIR.

Chatted with the guy for a bit and offered him $2250 OTD, and he graciously accepted.

Its supposed to be drop shipped from the distributor and is estimated to be in my hot little hands by Thursday/Friday.

Stay tuned.

She shoots great!!!

I have left her all stock from the Mother Ship.

2 Negatives...

1) Buy in is steep. But, given the quality, I feel that she's a value.

2) She REALLY kicks the brass! My usual ammo is MagTech 180 FMJ, and I'd say that they fly 10' - 15' to the 9 o'clock.

Great easy trigger, the checkering on the front & rear makes her stay put.

I do not regret trading up to get her. As a comparision, I had a new TRP 6" 10mm. Shooting it and then my DW 5" VALOR & VBOB shows the quality disparity. The SA is good, the DW's are great.
