Title: In Cabela's tonight and they finally had the XDM 10mm finally
Post by: Intercooler on July 13 2019 09:17:34 PM MDT
It felt kind of heavy to me for a polymer pistol that is 4.5". I also noticed the back of the grip had a kind of hump that felt weird to the palm as well. Just my opinion, but I think I like the XD grip pattern a little better as well. It's off my list now  ???

Ah, but when you shoot it with full power loads, you'll appreciate the weight.

Should be a couple extra back straps that might take that humpy feel out.

It was the smallest on the pistol and still felt odd.

I don't mind it shooting at the range but i agree the xdm grip contour leaves something to be desired. I like my xd9 service grip much better for a carry gun. They are both fun to shoot at the range but for different purposes. I know the old xd line is not going to be comming out with new models but i would like to see a mod2 tactical in 10mm. I would just put a talon grip tape over the dumb grip zone text and be good to go.
