I had one very high erroneous chronograph reading of 1371 fps out of the first five rounds.  This happens if the screens are too close to the muzzle. The 10mm has quite a significant sonic blast. So I shot another five rounds and this time got a nice consistent reading. The second reading is on the target.
Velocity didn't quite get to advertised, but it's fast enough for what it's for.

Thanks for the Pull down data RDub01!
This powder looks like HS6
Hodgdon shows HS-6 with a 180 grain JHP with 9.4 grains @ 1127 fps  35,800 psi

I love the description on the box, direct from the Mall Ninja lexicon:

"Notched Jacket preprogramed to expand into six uniform segments for consistent tactical performance."

It doesn't speak very highly of Winchester's opinion of their customer base...

It's to bad Winchester's Range T doesn't come in 10mm

Looks like the exact same bullet to me. I'd be REALLY surprised if they made a different bullet just for the 10mm when they're not pushing it all that much faster than the .40 loading.

I carry Ranger T in my 357sig P226 & P229. I would love to find some Ranger T in 10mm!!

The recovered bullet looks pretty much exactly like every 180 grain .40 Ranger-T I pulled out of water jugs. I'd bet my pension that it's the same bullet.
