Title: A bad day that got better!!
Post by: gadabout on May 20 2019 11:26:55 AM MDT
Well it started out with me thinking I had about 40 primers left in the tube but none would come out so I figured it was empty but upon lifting it up and out of the primer setter it unloaded on the floor. :'( Picked up about 25 or so and started reloading again and thought if I kept going I could figure out how many primers were left on the floor. I am only short 15 and there is an easy 10 still on the floor in plain site. Kind of a better ending I think  :P Craig

OK found them all except 5 and this is strange as I thought I was going to be short 10 but must have found 5 extra that I dropped before doing this 50.  Craig

Oh my Craig!  If I drop even one primer (new or spent) for what ever reason, I stop what I'm doing and find it.  I wouldn't want the wrong primer to be picked up and placed in any casings... :-[

Hope all of yours were viable new primers for the application. ???

Yeah they were Winchester primers with a red inside very visible and I could easily tell them from the spent primers as the color and dimple gave it away. Ha Ha!! Craig
