Title: EAA and Tanfo parts
Post by: sw70 on February 05 2019 05:03:31 PM MST
Does EAA ever replenish their parts?  I put in a "Notify me when back in stock" request a month or so ago.  I also e-mailed them with a question, haven't heard anything.  I'm beginning to think Tanfoglio might be better off with a different distributor, or let me order parts directly from them.  Sometimes its hard giving my money to businesses, sheesh.

I have inferred from the cycle I see that they get 2-3 shipments a year from Tanfo, and they are pretty good about not buying more than they can sell (out of).  For many items they sell fast, and so there are only a few months a year when you can actually buy those items.

I do think they take the "notify" data into account when ordering.

Thanks for the info.  I just don't understand the business model I guess, if you don't have it, you can't sell it, thus your letting money get away from you.  I guess it works for them though.

What exactly are you looking for? The aftermarket is the way to go and has just about everything (most better) than factory. Check Patriot Defense, Henning's, JandL Gunsmithing and Ben Stoeger.

Barrels mostly, I need an extended one that I can have cut down and threaded for a can.
