We have pleaded and begged S&W but they will not step up to the demands of the enthusiast for the 10mm M&P or any 10mm offering. >:( >:( :( :(

Yep, my M&P 45 sits beside me now. Would be a great 10mm for sure.

Ditto, I've been emailing them that particular request. The responses indicate that they aren't really even reading the content of the email, or at least a human isn't replying.

I'd snag one in a heartbeat. I like my duty gun, but I'd like something a little more potent than a 40 for Serious Social Situations,and maybe even for a backup gun while hunting.

I was buying an M&P45 Compact when I got side tracked by the Glock 29SF. Wishing I had gotten both ! Now I think, if they make a M&P10, hopefully they make a M&P10C then my 29 will get retired to the night stand.

I'll agree, the only reason I still have a Glock 20 is that S&W hasn't bothered to put a 10mm out.
Altho...since I bought this Tanfoglio Witness in 10mm, I'm thinking a Longslide version would be even better than a G40MOS.

S&W has a repugnance to marketing-input. Especially, in regard to the 10mm. Their stainless-steel 10xx-series are still sought-after by collectors, and shooters alike. How they got around to re-introducing the 610 is beyond me. Seems like they have a 'black-belt' in stupid over there!

I guess that's OK; I just bought a Springfield XDM 10mm. The one Smith should be building. Oh well.
