Was by my LGS with my camera today.  For the 1911 fans.......

It's a Springfield Trophy Match .40 S&W, with a complete 10mm Auto conversion.  Beautiful piece.
It's for sale, but not in my budget right now.  The shop owner (a good friend, gunsmith, and handloader) did the conversion himself.  It feels very nice in hand, cycles cleanly and the trigger is sweet.  He says it shoots either round well and accurate with no issues.  It's LNIB, with 2 of each magazine, all the original parts (including spring sets and bushings for both barrels), red FO front, and blackout adjustable rear sight.  The 10mm case support is the best I've seen in any auto, the chamber completely circles the case all the way to the web base, with a highly polished ramp.  The .40 barrel is the original 5".  The 10mm barrel is a 6" Nowlin.  He said he fired about a box of each caliber ammo through it.  It appears to have no more wear on it than that.  The price, at $1795, is out of my reach now, but someone should get their hands on it.  A new Trophy Match sells for that, before the conversion.  Send me a PM if interested and I'll send contact info.  He ships to FFL's.  Otherwise, enjoy the pics.  Someone needs to take this thing so I don't drool all over his counter while I'm in his shop.

That last flash shot looks like Carrier-21's Blue Dot shot from his G-29...Hmmm!

I thought the same.

Haven't heard from 21Carrier in a while. I think he said he was spending time with the GF.

21Carrier's last activity on GT was  12-19-2012 22:59,  his friend GTRhino24 also had a picture with the big flash...

Carrier, got that little Ruger 9mm, maybe him and the GF have been having the time of their lives!  I sent him an invite for the forum in a PM sometime back but no answer.

That's too bad. He would be a great addition here.

Here's my REAL eye candy. Target from 21 feet using my Dan Wesson Razorback 10mm using my favorite recipe 185 grain RELOADS! Both the gun and the ammo appear well matched.

Can't argue that.  Impressive.

Here is my G20 stock the day I bought it... This was shot standing unsupported on a 10 yard target.
