Any of you use a 20 with the factory hunting barrel? I've already seen a Lonewolf 4.6" is faster than a factory G20 barrel. So is it safe to assume a Lonewolf or KKM 6" would be faster? What about accuracy?
Do they make a 6.5 or 7 inch barrel for the 20 and if so, any pics or experience?
Thanks fellas
I put a 6" KKM barrel in my Glock 20. I've found it to be more accurate with a wider variety of loads than the stock barrel. They make longer ones...think I've seen a 9" barrel in a Glock 20. Never checked velocity against the stock barrel, but it has to be somewhat higher.
LWD used to sell a 9" barrel for the G-20's but they quit having them made... :(
You might find one on the web somewhere...
9 seems ridiculous lol but 6.5 or 7 might not seem TOO bad. I decided to go with 20 over a 40, because the 20 can be carried comfortably.
I always thought I was the odd duck at the range with my 6.2" barrels and Glock 20L (Lone Wolf slide) ........... then a fellow rolls up with an otherwise stock G20 and a 9" 9x25 barrel. ;D :o
I've got a 6inch Lone Wolf in my G20.
Improved accuracy and the bit heavier barrel helps muzzle lift, besides it looks cool with the extra barrel out the front....ha!
Oh and it shoots like a dream for a bigger handgun.
The 7 inch KKM barrel for the G40 should drop right in the 20 just as well.

Thanks buddy. Your 40 is the wallpaper on my phone lol
Now, I wonder how goofy that 7 will look in a 20.

A longer barreled Glock is a discrete statement on your high degree of handgun knowledge and prowess..... ;)
But more to the point, if I can change my city gun to an improved backcountry gun just by dropping in a barrel, why not?
Cheers!
That's why I carry my 29 with the 4.6" barrel and G20 mag when hiking around here.
