Title: Anyone reports on Underwood’s 150 grain Xtreme Hunter this season
Post by: Kenk on November 02 2018 03:56:10 PM MDT
Anyone have a report on Underwood's 150 grain Xtreme Hunter this season for Whitetail? I'm torn between that, UW's 200gr XTP, and Sig's 180 Vcrown for tomorrow's opener. I'm just a bit Leary of the Hunter, even though I am confident the Lehigh Defense bullet would perform just fine. The problem is that I know exactly what the 200gr XTP can accomplish, and with no additional tag options in my current zone, I want to get it right
Thanks and be safe this season

Ken

Decided to go with the 150 grain Xtreme Hunter, and the wait continues 😀

Well I'm watching this thread and rooting for you. I'm also curious how the Xtreme Hunter performs as well. Good luck!

Passed on a smaller doe, but still have next weekend to test out  the XH ammo 😀

Nope, our firearm season in MN is short, shouldn't have passed on the smaller doe the first weekend
