So did it pass through or just cause a bulge. I couldn't quite tell.

No pass-through but it did some serious damage behind. You would still be pretty busted up after taking one of those!  :o

I am thinking that would incapacitiate most people, at least long enough to get the handcuffs on them or disarm them.

The back face deformation results are tough to interpret because it wasn't a standard backer. I'd like to see the test repeated with a clay backer but I suspect it would still be dramatic. I'd also like to see what happens with a 135 gr projectile.
