Title: Thread for interesting and crazy gun buys (in our current state)
Post by: Intercooler on January 20 2013 09:23:16 AM MST
This could be an interesting topic! Post up the craziness... I will start. You know I was about to order a 10/22 Sporter through Dick's (don't know if/how long it would have taken) for $303 and here is a current GunBroker auction for the exact piece:
http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=326329015   Will be interesting to see where it finishes!

Also I bought my Hunter 10mm used for $900 two years ago with extras and little to no use. Let's see if this one makes it close to the Buy-It option:

Love this one someone posted yesterday with a standard Federal .22LR 550 round pack for 3X what it is at WalMart (although none on my local's shelf):

I think I have a 550 pack just like that around somewhere.  Maybe I should put it on Gunbroker.

These are all crazy.

This is crazy for a case. Hope my case of .22LR comes in but these WERE selling for about $200/case.

Gun show last weekend had 50 round WWB 9mm for 35 a box.
I have avoided gun shops lately due to the crazy ness.    But thinking of running by the LGS after seeing Remington 870s used for 200 bucks because not tacticool.

Shockingly 10mm ammo isn't crazy like some of the other calibers. PS Armory has PPU at a decent price right now and SG Ammo has American Eagle for $28/box. Not shabby!

I recently bought that .22 and my 12 gauge but no way in HELL would I be buying some of this other stuff right now. The PMR may just fall to the mag capacity issue but will still be available. That Hunter will be interesting! May not be none in stock right now but eventually their will be.
