Ordered an Alien Gear Cloak Tuck for it. Will be here Monday. Worked great for my Glock 29.

I lost count how many rounds I have run through my Model 20 SF. Well over 9000. It just runs and runs and runs.

Good to hear. I love my witness 10's, but they are rather heavy. My 29 was super easy to conceal but never felt comfortable with the short grip. This feels much better.

Congrats on having such a good wife!

Since it's a carry gun, any mods in the works? Night sights, trigger work?

Yep, not super fond of the short grip on my G30 either, but it sure conceals / performs well

No, I usually keep my guns stock with the exception of stronger recoil spring. Anyone have any recommendations in that department? Spring weight or guide rod upgrades?

I use the 22 pound stainless steel RSA from Glockstore. It works great in my SF with Underwood.

I also use the 22# stainless assembly in my gen 4! Zero problems!

I run mine with the Wolff gun springs non captive steel rod and 22 lb spring...

Glock 20Sf Factory spring test
It takes 5lb 3oz to start the slide to move from the locked position
Full retraction at 18lb 0oz at lock open

Glock 20SF spring test Wolff Gun Springs 22lb RSA installed
It takes 6lb 4oz to start the slide to move from the locked position
Full retraction at 22lb 9oz at lock open

22-Slightly over a pound difference 1lb 1oz to start the slide to move from the locked position
24-Slightly over a two pound difference 2lb 3oz to start the slide to move from the locked position
22-Slightly over a 2 pound difference 2lb 9oz at lock open
24-Slightly over a 6 pound difference 6lb 1oz at lock open

I've used the Wolff brand in all of my Witness pistols. I'll order their setup too. See which one I prefer. Both are reasonably priced.

Love this Aliengear IWB. Conceals well and very comfortable. Barely notice it's there. Can even wear it driving with no issues. Highly recommend. And only $40. Can't beat it.

Nice holster Patriot, which model did you get?, the first one that popped on google was for $34.99, but will need a left handed one for my uses. I currently have a Comp-Tac for my G30 and is awesome, but considerably more expensive
Thanks

Ken

I got the basic Cloak Tuck model, extra $5 for black. Was like $48 with shipping.

Only changes I made to my 20SF ,is steel three dot sights & 22lb RSA ,,, seems to run fine with both Underwood and lower pressure ammo..

I run a captured 22# spring on a tungsten guide rod.   I think i got mine years ago from the Glock Store.   Never had any feed issues.   Runs great.

I agree on the 29's short grip being awkward, but no prob with X-grips and G20 mags. It's my EDC.

BTW, congrats on your new G20...and your great wife!!
