Mine is just an Ultra Tac MS model, but one of the first things I did was fit a flat bottom firing pin stop.  It slows the slide cycle just enough to increase reliability.

Inexpensive (http://www.egwguns.com/firing-pin-stops/ (http://www.egwguns.com/firing-pin-stops/)), and just takes some time to file things so it fits just right.  I had a problem with my slide outrunning the magazine, but from what I hear, it's a good all-around mod to make on your 10mm.
