Member on another forum was giving away some 10mm components, I chimed in first :)
400 pcs of primed brass
1,500 pcs nickle - sampled about 200 and condition suggests they're 1st fired. Mostly RP, but a mix of Winchester, Hornady, Starline, FC, & DT.
About 100pcs each of ELB, Impact (Starline), Winchester, FC, PMC, Top Brass, and about 25 pcs of nickle FC small primer (didn't know those existed!).
Box of Nosler 135s, XTP 155 & 200, about 100 MG 155s.
About 700 traditionally lubed 180s, gonna strip em' with white gas and coat with RAL.
AND 400 reloads that I'll tear down for components, maybe, someday.

In all my 10mm wanderings I've only loaded Starline, Jagemann, and Norma brass. Do you have an opinion on the RP brass?
And the small pocket FC, didn't even know that was a thing!
I have loaded and shot many different brands of cartridge cases for 10mm, maybe all of them over the years for scrounging from the LEO Range locally. Remington Peters - RP was always good and most of it was nickel plated. However nickel plating for newer brass cases seems different. Had seen cases split and plating come off because of poor plating process that were not what we saw in years past. There was some Double Tap nickel that was bad and even some Underwood.
Federal - FC I used to get as shot from the MP-5 10mm's all had the fluted markings. Many of the ones I gathered were split/cracked as their first firing from those guns. I attribute that to the faster burning powder Federal was using in the contract loads and the why they cycled in the MP-5's. I have used a few of the small primer pocket FC - NT (non toxic) brass haven't gotten nickel yet, performance wise using CCI 550 primers they were very close in velocity using same loads.
Starline has been contracted by several companies for their brass, Midway being one and I used them too.
ELB - Eldorado Cartridge Co., Boulder City, Nevada 89005-0308 (wholly owned by Pan Metal Corp. (PMC) of Poongsan, Korea), ELB and PMC brass were good for reloading use.
Top Brass was good from the ones I reused.
Hornady seemed to be stiffer and have seen some split
Winchester was what I bought when it was on sale and it seemed stronger than most but it tarnished blue color quickly.
I had a few IMPACT brass I ran them to death with load development.
Now PPU, is not the best quality but I have reloaded many of them, but have seen them to not hold their grip on the bullet due to spring back.
The brass Freedom Munitions and Armscor are not very good for reloading and about like PPU.
Jagemann has good quality product and I'd rate them very near Starline.
Norma - well it was great quality but went away with ammo production. :(

Shooters sometimes do the nicest stuff for other shooters. It's nice to be the beneficiary and fun to be the donator when the chance arises.
