Title: Bren Ten value
Post by: Soulezoo on January 22 2018 08:34:13 PM MST
Hello,
New to the site, but not 10's. Have been shooting them since '84.
I have not paid attention to the Bren Ten values for quite awhile. However, I was curious as to the approximate value of my Bren. It's a standard model and one of the first 100 made. I even have 3 original magazines.

I can post a picture,  just as soon as someone can direct this old guy on how to do it from my phone.

Thanks!

This one sold for $6,625.00   :o

It was a 45 ACP Marksman Special which would have pushed the price a bit.

There was also this one:

This second one is from a guy that came into a bunch of slides and frames that were "scrapped" by D&D back in the '80's.  More modern welding and CNC processes allowed him to salvage them and assemble firearms.  I think these would represent a "low" since they are not technically guns made by D&D, just parts made by them, but fit later.

So, I would put your gun between $3750 and $6500 if it is NIB.  And damage or wear would detract from that.

Thank you very much. That's helpful.

It's in very good condition,  some wear, no damage. No box or paperwork.

The Marksman was a fluke, two guys with a lot of money.

Your gun as described would be $3000 to $3500 with one mag.  The extra mags are worth $150 each.
