Title: Underwood 220gr Hardcast
Post by: Overkill338 on October 11 2017 10:37:09 AM MDT
Has anyone used the 220gr in a Glock 29 with any success? Does it take an aftermarket barrel?

Years ago I talked to Kevin about that load and he said that I would need an aftermarket barrel for any accuracy. No personal experience with it however.

What recoil spring set up are y'all finding to be the most reliable in the 29 for shooting the 220 grain hard cast bullets with ?

In my pre SF G-29 I use the Wolff non captive dual recoil rod and 21 lbs spring set for eveything.  I have the 23 lbs spring set but only use it for some specific load development.
