SIG Sauer Issuing Voluntary Upgrade on P320 Pistols  this was due to some guns discharging when dropped on the slide frame!

I saw some tests done wherein this may be a trigger weight issue, depending on how the gun is dropped.

It is speculation, but we might see trigger safety upgrades like on Glock pistols.
