They advertise them at 1345 from a Glock 29. How many of you think this would make a good self defense round?

Yes they would perform well based off several things I have seen...

Indeed, they are an excellent choice. 

You can see see just how effective by viewing Razor Dobbs 10mm handgun hunting videos.  Pretty goofy dude but he uses Double Tap 155gr Tac-Xp fired from 5" Dan Wesson 1911 to successfully take everything from Nilgia Bull, Elk Bull, several trophy Whitetail Bucks, multiple wild Boar.

A 10mm 155gr Tac-Xp loaded by Buffalo Bore fired from Glock 20 into 1 gallon water jugs....  Been a couple years and can't lay hands on my notes this minute but seem to recall recovered in 4th jug.

I've bounced around from carry load to carry load. This seems like a winner. I've got 50 more Critical Duty on the way.

I think I'll pull the rubber tip out and test them in wet pack vs ones with the tips.
