I agree with one thing, piss poor shooting by the cops, he should have never made it to the side of the van. What was the result here? I mean it almost look like he was choosing suicide by cop.
I just wanted to present a real life scenerio where cover (bus) and movement forced many more shots than what we see target shooting at paper silhouettes.
