He specially picked on my favorite Glock 29. Said it don't feed, the frame flexes, too much. I love my G29 and it feeds fine.

We hashed this over pretty good a month or three ago:

Thanks for the link
That guys an idiot. The Glock 29 works fine.
It's just his opinion.
It's the old phrase I remember at times like this....
Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one
I'll put it this way. I am NOT a real Glock fan. But it is not it's reliability I don't like. It is mainly just the grip angle seems wrong to me, and I am not comfortable firing one.
I watched the video about 3 weeks ago for the first time and, while I wasn't sure what his point was or if he had one, I was left wondering if he was ever going to highlight any facts or experiences to support the title of the vid. I couldn't watch the whole thing because I'd rather spend my time watching hickock45 shoot plates and 2 litres with no particular point to make. But, I just took delivery of a 5" 1911 double stack in 10, which is of course a lead brick as far as mass goes, and when it was time to shoot it again for the 2nd time, I took my G29 along to shoot as well, since I hadn't practiced with it in a long while.
So off to the range with the G29 and book max loads or a shade under published max. I quickly brought myself back to the reality that a hot load in the G29 is two handfuls, and that, for me at least, practicing once every 6 months isn't going to cut it. It also refreshed my viewpoint about it being a tiny little disappointing round. If nothing else, the suggestion of the video's title got me to reflect a little bit on how well I might do with the G29 in a "real scenario", whatever I might think that would be.
Shoot more...shoot more often. The 10 in a GLOCK is very manageable with practice.
My 125# Wife shoots mine almost as well as I do. ACCURACY wise. she has trouble manipulating the slide and clearing any jambs. (Not common)
Most everything is possible with practice. :D ;D

I agree tbe 10mm is not good for Self Defense .....Its great for Self Defense!!
He's just not strong enough for it. Ever notice it's the weak ones who make your gun malfunction?
I feel safe with mine loaded with Critical Duty, V-Crowns, or Underwood 200gr Noslers.
Yankee is too far out in left field...

Do I see Tony the Tiger holding a Glock 29 in an advertisement some time soon?
why is everybody making 10mm again.my best gun, carry hunting shooting
Not sure. Ruger now makes them. Dan Wesson has a new one. SIG now makes some, Wilson Combat, I think Les Bauer was either already making one or is going to. I think a couple new Kimbers are out, I just ordered a new TNW 10mm carbine. I haven't see any Grand Powers 10mm's out yet but hear they are coming.
Rock Island, Fusion. My RIA 1911 6" double stack weighs in just under 4 lbs loaded. It is rather docile with even the hot stuff. It's quite fun to shoot.

Didn't include them because they have been out for a while. I have the 5" single stack version. My small short fingered hand has problems with double stacks. The reason I haven't considered an EAA is because nobody in town sells them, and I do not know if their double stack will fit in my hand.
