Olgo. Please be careful with your thread title ...
Although you can own that knife in TX, having two sides edged disqualifies it for carry. There is a valid argument that it may be carried with your LTC because of the language of the laws. Be warned that the LTC defense is unknown by most law enforcement and untested in court. It's winnable, but potentially costly.
Only one side is edged. 8)
I carried large fixed blade knives in sheaths and nobody cared.

Made another video to show what I really carried.
That is Armando Beltrame (pronounced Bell-tra-may). I own several Frank Beltrame as well as Armando Beltrame knives. These are a "cottage industry" in Maniago, Italy. They are hand made knives and can be off or perfect, depending upon who is making them and what kind of mood they happen to be in that day.
My preference is a Flat Grind blade (single-edged stiletto blade) that has a Picklock. (This is the pre-1960's type of blade locking mechanism that requires the locking tab to be lifted by the fingertips to unlock/release the blade for closure. While more expensive, they are the "traditional" blade locking method for Italian Automatic Stiletto knives.
(Yes, I am a collector).
I have one of the 9" Italian Stilettos with a blue pearl handle, but the lock is worn out on it! One I had many years ago was stolen along with my prized fishing tackle box along with my 5 horse power boat motor... >:(
But now all I carry is a VICTORINOX SWISS small pocket knife

I have a Smith & Wesson Fireman's Knife, which is also nice in the collectable tin can...

I had a person send me a Fox Karambit knife 479 G10, on bad ass fighting knife.

And it looks like a badass fighting knife.
That's the minimum blade length for a PD knife. (I prefer an 11" "Picklock" version myself).
